In recent years the country’s construction sector has fully demonstrated the tremendous strength and indomitable prestige of the country and instilled confidence and optimism about the future into the people with tangible changes and distinct results.
As it makes the Korean people feel the benefits of the people-first politics of the Workers’ Party of Korea and the socialist system and gives them a direct understanding of the development of the nation, construction is an important undertaking which implants in all the people the pride and honour of being members of the DPRK. Therefore, each of the achievements in this field constitutes a political symbol demonstrating the nation’s potential for development.

The Regional Development 20×10 Policy the WPK adopted and is carrying out in real earnest is a historic cause for regional rejuvenation, the first of its kind since the founding of the country.
