TheInter-Provincial Games in Celebration of the 75th Anniversary of the Day ofSports-2024 are going on in different places in Pyongyang.
Starting onOctober 13 amid greatinterest of sports fans and spectators, the mass sports competition is gettingmore heated with each passing day.
Players are fully demonstrating their skills honedthrough mass-based sporting activities in the women’s basketball, the men’s volleyballand other events.
Impressive scenes of matches and distinctive rootingby cheer squads from provinces are lifting the bullish mood.
The North Hwanghae Provincial team, which showed offthe sense of organization and unity of the collective, remarkable sports skillsand noble sportsmanship, took the first place in total standings of theTaekwon-Do event held at the Taekwon-Do Holy House from November 23 to 25 andthe Pyongyang municipal and North Hamgyong provincial teams came second andthird respectively.
The contest is going on amid high enthusiasm forsports, demonstrating the development aspect of mass sports and adding joy andoptimism to the whole society.
