Comrade Choe Son Hui, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK), sent a message of congratulations to Comrade Sergei Viktorovich Lavrov, Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation, on the occasion of the Day of Russia on June 12.
Comrade Choe Son Hui, in the message, said that she was pleased with the fact that the strong and resourceful Russian people, proud of their time-honoured history and culture, are making remarkable successes in their struggle to firmly defend the sovereignty and security interests of their country and to establish a multi-polarized, fair international order.
She stressed that the two foreign policy agencies will have more frequent communication and establish closer partnership to accelerate the great progress in the relations of alliance between the two countries in conformity with the strategic plan and intention of the top leaders of the two countries.
